found this great tutorial toaday for ice cream cone covers so when the kids are eating ice cream the ice cream won't drip on there hands seams a good ideal as soon as i get my sewing mashine fixed i will make some of these for neices and nephews i think alot of people will love these

2 quilting projects

today i was checking out my usal blogs i read and found on CRAFTIVISION a link to these two great ladies blogs with some great quilting projects the first is a lovely baby play mat i really love the idea of a quilted play mat i really want to make this for when i have a baby so many fabric pattren possiblities. the second is a lovely ragged square quilt i really love how the squares are done but i don't think hubby will let me put it on the bed if its pink see blow for the picture and links to these projects.

baby sewing project - ruffle butt onsies

lately i have been looking for projects to sew when i do get prego and this one seams to be the best one i have seen yet and the cutest thing as well i just can;t get over the ruffles on this onsie i think every baby girl should have one i might just make one for my friend ;) instructions are found on this great ladies blog i will tottallly make these now if i just can learn to knit so i can make my future little one a baby blankie i will just be alright unfortently i'm getting too many holes....LOL

my garden

well...... its been a while since i bloged here been super busy getting my garden going i planted my plants last month and they did not seam much at first but i belive they will grow i even rescused my landlords plants seen here i think they will survive....i hope if the frost we have been having lately don't kill them off first ...... frost in spring i hate the frost i want my plants and flowers to surive i planted some lovely flowers and i'm even having a go at a strawberry plant here are the pictures below

recycled bath mat sewing project

I was surfing the web today and found this lovely bath mat made out of recycled material almost like a patchwork quilt and its embroiled with your feet. iam totally making one for my bathroom it looks so bare and my bathroom floor is always so cold i think it will really brighten the bathroom up now i just wonder if hubby will let me trace his feet ????...LOL okay maybe not but i think if you have some kids it would be cute to trace there feet and embroiler it as the lady on this site said so and i quite agree with her maybe when i have kids i will do that but this project sound like alot of fun makes me want to try it even more i love intresting fun projects like this might make one for my mother in law too i thinks she could use one anyway just follow the link for the instructions to this great lady's blog

my cat & cat's in general

one of my favorite things in life is cats. i especilly love my cat toby seen here I love this picture he looks so cute when he is sleeping (at least he's not in trouble when he sleeping...LOL) don't get me wrong i love him to death but he can be such a brat sometimes reminds me of this video on you tube simons cat he climbs all over me when i'm trying to sleep and he even climbs on me when i'm watching tv or trying to type thish(this, as you can tell he climbing on my keyboard right now ) he likes to help with my blogging...LOL( okay seriously toby needs to get off my keyboard but i would not trade him for anything in the world i recived him two years ago as a birthday gift after my 6 month old kitten got out one day and got run over my a car i miss her alot but i moved on with toby he sometimes crazy like today he was running all over my apartment and sometimes he's bad like when he steals torliet paper and shreads it and its all over the apartment or strings my wool all over the apartment ...LOL gotta laugh at him sometime i think he gets in more mishtive then he behaves but i love hime here some more pics of him
