I hope your weekend is going good got some of my christmas shopping done but still lots to do. Here are my favorite pins for this week.

hope your weekend is going good we are having a heatwave here in ontario hope you all who are in a heatwave are keeping cool here are my favorite pins for this week.

christmas recipe for the kids : gingerbread playdough

hello everyone

found this great recipe for kids i know when i was younger i loved playing with playdough now my mum never made her own but this is a great way to have during the holiday and saves money too :) also makes a great gift for the blog post with step by step instructions and a recipe for editable gingerbread go to the sweet adventures of sugarbelle 

gingerbread playdough

ingredients

1 c all purpose flour
1/2 c salt
2 tsp cream of tartar
1 tbsp cinnamon 
2 tsp ground ginger
1 tsp of ground nutmeg
1 tsp ground cloves
2 tbsp vegetable oil
1 c water
1 tsp orange extract (optional)

instructions

in a medium saucepan whisk together dry ingredients . next mix in water, oil and orange extract and stir until a thick batter is formed. cook the mixture over low/ medium heat until a think dough forms. turn out onto parchment paper and kneed until smooth. makes 2 cups of dough
