hope your weekend is going good we are having a heatwave here in ontario hope you all who are in a heatwave are keeping cool here are my favorite pins for this week.

since canada day is coming up why not make this kit kat canada day cake to celebrate 

going camping ? Why not make these three cheese campfire potatoes they look so yummy and easy to make

if your having a backyard BBQ or even a picnic in a park these bandanna utensil holders are so cute a perfect addition to any summer feast

i love this idea as i menu plan and have a dry erase board with the weekly menu i would totally make these dry eraser marker container made out of crystal light containers so cute could even make some for the kids markers .

now school is coming to an end its time to give that special teacher a gift for all the hard work she has done teaching your kids why not give her this homemade gift a reusable cup with some things for summer even a gift card inside maybe for her favorite place to get a cool drink ?

this idea is so great put a tension rod up for your kids dress up clothes between the dresser or another peice of furniture voila easy access to her favorite princess dresses.

christmas recipe for the kids : gingerbread playdough

hello everyone

found this great recipe for kids i know when i was younger i loved playing with playdough now my mum never made her own but this is a great way to have during the holiday and saves money too :) also makes a great gift for the blog post with step by step instructions and a recipe for editable gingerbread go to the sweet adventures of sugarbelle 

gingerbread playdough

ingredients

1 c all purpose flour

1/2 c salt

2 tsp cream of tartar

1 tbsp cinnamon 

2 tsp ground ginger

1 tsp of ground nutmeg

1 tsp ground cloves

2 tbsp vegetable oil

1 c water

1 tsp orange extract (optional)

instructions

in a medium saucepan whisk together dry ingredients . next mix in water, oil and orange extract and stir until a thick batter is formed. cook the mixture over low/ medium heat until a think dough forms. turn out onto parchment paper and kneed until smooth. makes 2 cups of dough
